By registering or enrolling in the student qualification program for freelancing provided by Flairbe Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the student (hereinafter referred to as the "Student") acknowledges their full and unconditional agreement to abide by all terms and conditions in this document. This document constitutes an integral part of the subscription contract and manages the relationship between both parties throughout the study period and thereafter, ensuring the achievement of the program's educational and professional objectives.
This program aims to qualify the Student to acquire the technical, practical, and professional skills necessary to launch a career in freelancing. This is achieved through practical training and direct guidance to execute real projects on major global and Arabic freelancing platforms, thereby helping the Student gain genuine practical experience, achieve their first financial return in US Dollars, and build a professional, documented profile on freelancing platforms.
The program includes:
- Recorded training content dedicated to learning technical skills and freelancing skills.
- Live sessions with experienced trainers and project managers.
- Practical training on building accounts, writing proposals, and dealing with clients.
- Follow-up by the Company’s team to measure performance and progress.
- All educational materials, whether recorded, live, or printed, are considered the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
- 3.1 The Student must possess a good level of Arabic and an acceptable level of English, given that the program does not include any language training. Content is delivered in Arabic while utilizing technical terms in English.
- 3.2 The Student bears sole responsibility for any difficulties they may face in understanding the content, comprehending the program, or achieving the targeted results due to weak language skills.
- 3.3 The Company bears no responsibility for this, nor shall it be deemed a justifiable reason to request a refund of fees.
- 3.4 For attendance and participation in the program, the Student is required to own a personal computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection. These requirements are the full responsibility of the Student, and the Company bears no responsibility for their unavailability or poor performance.

4.1 The Student commits to completing and studying all contents of the training program in full within the specified duration from the program’s start date.

4.2 Watching all recorded lectures and attending live lectures at the scheduled times.
- 4.3 The Student has no right to attend any live lecture except after watching its corresponding recorded lecture.
- 4.4 Submitting all assignments, practical projects, and graduation projects by the specified deadlines.
- 4.5 Committing to an attendance rate of no less than 90% of the total number of live sessions.
- 4.6 Committing to attending all live sessions related to freelancing qualification, including follow-up, mentoring, and live sessions with project managers, throughout the program duration and after finishing the technical content according to the approved qualification plan.
- 4.7 Upon completing the technical qualification phase and training on freelancing skills, the Student commits to applying for no less than 10 real freelancing projects per week via the freelancing platforms approved within the program, for at least two consecutive months, while committing to documenting all submitted requests and proposals through the Company’s electronic system.
- 4.8 The Student also commits to uploading and recording all proposals, requests, and correspondence related to freelancing projects onto the Company’s electronic system, for follow-up and review by project managers, support, and follow-up teams, and to measure the extent of the Student’s commitment and exertion of the required effort during the program period.
- 4.9 Committing to maintaining the confidentiality of the training content and not copying or sharing it.

5.1 The Student commits to reviewing the schedule and booking suitable appointments for them via the Company's electronic system.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to make any modifications to the schedule as fit operational or educational circumstances.
- 5.3 Notifying the Student via the electronic system is considered an official, approved notification.
- 6.1 The Company’s role is strictly limited to training and qualifying the Student on how to create, optimize, and professionally prepare accounts on freelancing platforms in a manner that helps increase the chances of proposal acceptance and securing projects.
- 6.2 The Company bears no responsibility if any freelancing platform refuses to create, activate, or maintain the Student's accounts for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, the Company bears no responsibility for the platforms' decisions or internal policies related to accounts, identity verification, or account suspension.
- 6.3 The Company bears no financial, legal, or operational responsibility resulting from the refusal of platforms, banks, or payment companies to create, activate, or maintain the Student's accounts or their collection methods.
- 6.4 The Student bears all costs and procedures associated with using freelancing platforms and electronic payment and collection methods. This includes, but is not limited to:
- 6.4.1 Creating accounts on freelancing platforms.
- 6.4.2 Identity verification fees or any fees imposed by the platforms.
- 6.4.3 Purchasing proposals, balance, or methods to apply for projects within freelancing platforms.
- 6.4.4 Opening bank accounts, electronic wallets, or electronic collection methods and linking them to freelancing platforms.
- 6.4.5 Any bank fees, financial transfers, or operational expenses associated with receiving profits or using the platforms.
A certificate of program completion shall only be granted to students who:
- Completed the training content in its entirety.
- Paid the fees in full.
- Committed to the required attendance rate.
- Submitted all assignments and projects.
- Committed to applying for the minimum number of projects weekly for two consecutive months.
- In the event of non-compliance, the Company bears no responsibility for the Student's results or level.
- 8.1 All educational materials are the private intellectual property of the Company.
- 8.2 All educational materials, training content, platforms, and systems used within the program are considered the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. The Student is prohibited from copying, recording, republishing, sharing, selling, or making them available to any other party by any means whatsoever, whether for a financial fee or free of charge.
- 8.2 It is also prohibited to share the Student's account or their login credentials with any other person, or to enable any unauthorized party to use the program’s services or access the training content.
- 8.3 In the event of violating any of the aforementioned clauses, the Company has the right to take all necessary civil and criminal legal actions, with the Company’s right to claim immediate liquidated damages of $50,000 (fifty thousand US Dollars) for each case of violation, which shall not be subject to judicial oversight, without prejudice to the Company's right to claim any additional compensation for actual, moral, or commercial damages that may befall it as a result of that violation.

9.1 Tuition fees are paid in a single lump sum or through approved installment systems before the start of the program.
- 9.2 Fees are non-refundable after payment, except for the cases specified in the warranty policy.
The Student has the right to claim a 100% refund of the program's value if they are unable to secure a real freelancing project through any freelancing platform, provided full compliance with all the following terms and requirements:
- The tuition fees must have been paid in full in advance.

10.2 Program Commitment Conditions
- 10.2.1 Attending all required sessions and lectures according to the program system.
- 10.2.2 Completing and studying all lessons and training content within the specified duration of the program.
- 10.2.3 Executing and submitting all required tasks and projects by the specified deadlines.
- 10.2.4 Committing to applying for no less than 10 real freelancing projects per week via freelancing platforms for two consecutive months, while documenting all submitted requests and proposals and uploading them to the Company’s electronic system for follow-up and commitment measurement purposes.
- 10.2.5 Committing to applying all notes and directions of trainers and project managers to improve performance and increase the chances of obtaining projects.
- 10.2.6 Committing to professional behavior and conduct throughout the program duration.
- 10.2.7 A breach of any of the aforementioned conditions is considered a direct cause for the Student to lose their right to claim a full refund of fees.
Access authorization to the content is deactivated after the end of the program duration, which is a maximum of 4 and a half months.
The Student undertakes not to offend the Company, its programs, or its employees through any media medium, social media platforms, or any electronic or traditional publishing method. This includes insulting, defaming, publishing false or misleading information, or any content intentionally aimed at harming the Company’s reputation or negatively affecting its commercial activity. Both parties have agreed that any publication containing offense, defamation, insult, or untrue information shall obligate the Student to pay an amount of $20,000 (twenty thousand US Dollars) as liquidated damages not subject to judicial oversight
.This does not prejudice the Student's right to express their opinion or evaluate their experience objectively and professionally, within the boundaries of legitimate criticism, without offense, defamation, or publishing incorrect information.

13.1 The Company bears no obligation regarding the Student achieving the target income in the event of their non-compliance with the conditions.

13.2 Any failure to achieve results shall be the sole responsibility of the Student in the event of a lack of full commitment.
The Company may cancel the Student's registration in the following cases:
- Failure to commit to submitting the minimum number of requests for real projects on freelancing platforms weekly for two consecutive months.
- Misuse of content or breach of confidentiality.
- Failure to commit to paying the fees.
- In these cases, the Student has no right to claim any refunded amounts.
- 15.1 Disputes shall be resolved amicably first, in accordance with serious, genuine efforts and sincere intentions for a solution.
- 15.2 If a solution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian law in force at the time of the dispute.
The Student's registration in the program, payment of fees, or use of any of the program's services is considered a final, explicit, and binding consent to all terms and conditions contained in this document, and an acknowledgment by them of their full review, understanding, and acceptance of them without reservation, and their full commitment to all items and policies regulating the program.
Furthermore, after completing the registration or payment process, the Student has no right to object to any of the items contained in this document, claim lack of knowledge thereof, or interpret them in a manner that contradicts their clearly intended meaning.
